About the wine

Tasting note
A multi-faceted bouquet, pleasant ripe fruit notes are combined with subtle roasted aromas. Complex and persistent on the palate, the rich fruit is harmoniously accompanied by balsamic notes. A wine full of character, long-lasting in the finish and aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled meats, stews and aged cheeses.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the south-west facing part of the vineyard and fermented on skins for around 15-20 days at controlled temperatures. This is followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks to gently extract the tannins and color. The wine is then aged in large oak barrels for 12 months before being bottled to further mature and deepen its aromas.
