About the wine
With its cherry red color, the Pinot Noir Rubis is surrounded by aromas of small red fruits. Its velvety tannins make it a wine with a noble and elegant structure.

Tasting note
In the glass, the wine is deep ruby red. The nose reveals a complex bouquet with notes of red berries, black cherries and a touch of spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied with present but supple tannins and a long, harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with poultry, veal, lamb and mild cheese.
Vinification
The grapes come from selected plots in Balavaud (Vétroz), which are characterized by their alluvial soils with slate and pebbles. After careful handpicking, traditional vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the typical aromas of the variety. Some of the wine is then aged in oak barrels, which gives it additional structure and complexity.
