About the wine
Janare's “Alfabeto” line uses the Osco-Samnite alphabet, which was written from left to right. One of the most important pieces of evidence with this script is the tablet by Agnone from the third century BC. Seven deities tied to the fruits of agriculture are listed on the bronze surface of the tablet.

Tasting note
Ruby red with purple reflections. On the nose, small red fruits, cherries and violets. Fresh on the palate with young but gentle tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with baccala (stockfish), Parmigiana di aubergines, various pèasta dishes and cheese that has not been aged.
Vinification
Harvest at the beginning of November. 12 to 14 days of maceration. Aging to 80% in steel tanks, 20% in French oak.
