About the wine
The basis for this charming alcohol-free Zweigelt are grapes from 50-year-old vines from the best locations in Neckenmarkt. The wine was aged in small oak barrels and then dealcoholized to preserve the aroma. With additional aroma recovery, the aromas are obtained from the extracted alcohol content and returned to the dealcoholized wine. Typical Zweigelt fruit and characteristics, from the picture book vintage 2021.

Tasting note
Color: Strong ruby red. Aroma: On the nose, notes of dark wild berries, cherries and with a touch of oak spice. Character: On the palate, aromas of juicy blackberries, cherries, vanilla and nougat come together.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled fish, vegetables and meat. Also great with fresh salads, antipasti and Asian dishes.
Vinification
Aging for several months in oak barrels. Then dealcoholized by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery.
