The “Yarden Heightswine” presents fresh aromas of lychee, peaches, apricots and spices as well as nuances of fresh flowers and orange zest. This aromatic dessert wine has a balanced acidity and a delicious, persistent finish. The “Yarden Heights Wine” is made exclusively from Gewürztraminer, which grow in vineyards on the cool Golan Heights. The grapes are harvested by hand and frozen for a month at a temperature of -12°C. By pressing the grapes that are still frozen, the concentrated juice is formed, which is fermented slowly over a few months. A “Yarden Heights Wine” can be enjoyed from the moment you buy it. However, it remains in excellent drinking condition for a decade or even longer. Combine this delicious sweet wine with simple desserts such as a fresh fruit salad, chocolates or cheese.
