About the wine

The “Yarden Brut Rosé” sparkling wine reveals aromatic notes of strawberries with cream as well as scents of flowers, citrus fruits, lemon peel, minerals and a touch of roasted baguette. With its festive rosé color, refreshing acidity and long aftertaste, the wine is complex and clear. The “Yarden Brut Rosé” consists of a cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown in high-altitude vineyards on the northern Golan Heights. The sparkling wine is produced using strict traditional methods, including hand harvesting, pressing whole grapes and secondary fermentation in the bottle. Disgorgement begins after five years of bottle fermentation, during which the bottles are stored diagonally upside down with the filling dosage (tirage). A “Yarden Brut Rosé” is ready for consumption from the moment you buy it, but will age elegantly for up to ten years. This complex brut is easy to combine with subtle dishes such as mackerel tartare, gravlax or various sweet desserts.
