About the wine
The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG of Bindella comes from the traditional Tenuta Vallocaia winery in Tuscany. Since the 1980s, Bindella has combined Italian winemaking tradition with modern cellar technology. Made from the best Sangiovese grapes in the region, this wine represents the long history and pride of Montepulciano.

Tasting note
Shiny garnet red with ruby reflections. Spicy on the nose with fine roasted notes, wood and cherries. On the palate, a juicy, elegant start with aromas of wild berries, cherries and spicy components. Present but finely honed tannins and a delicate, very well-integrated acidity give the wine a balanced structure. The finish is elegant and long. An authentic Vino Nobile with potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Brasato al vino nobile, pasta with mushrooms and Parmigiana di aubergine.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested separately, crushed, fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged for 20-22 months in traditionally large and smaller oak barrels of 300 liters.
