Vigneron - Cuvée Du Patron Bier - Chen van Loon Brewers

The Vigneron — Cuvée du Patron has a light, straw yellow color and a sturdy, snow-white foam. On the nose, the beer has aromas of especially citrus, lime and gooseberries, accompanied by a touch of tropical fruit. A refreshing acidity awaits the palate, which harmonizes very nicely with an unobtrusive malt body. The bitterness is very restrained and grapefruit and lychee aromas come into their own on the palate. The harmonious interplay between selected types of malt, aroma hops, acid and yeast results in a beer that bears an astonishing resemblance to a Sauvignon Blanc.
