About the wine
The '932' wines bear the founding year of the Cantina 1932 in their name. They form the top quality of Calasetta wines and are selected from the oldest and best locations.

Tasting note
On the nose, a potpourri of various, even exotic fruits, plus a vanilla note from barrel aging. Full and supple on the palate with lots of structure, yet fresh and with the typical, pleasant bitter tone on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
With starters and main courses with fish, e.g. risotto with seafood.
Vinification
Cold maceration before fermentation. 70% are vinified in 500 liter French tonneaux, 30% in steel tanks and aged for 5 months, with gentle battonage.
