About the wine

Tasting note
Intensely elegant and complex. The wine is reminiscent of floral aromas of ripe red fruits and spices such as vanilla and black pepper.

Vinification
The grapes for this Ripasso are initially used for Valpolicella Superiore. The wine then undergoes a second fermentation over the Amarone pomace, which gives it the complex aromas and rich texture. The wine ages in oak barrels to develop additional depth and elegance.
