Tasting note
The Amarone Classico has an intense garnet red color. Expressive nose with hints of cherry, bitter almond, chocolate and cocoa. Very harmonious, soft and velvety on the palate. Full-bodied finish with a long-lasting finish.

Vinification
After selective manual harvesting, the grapes are dried on wooden grids under the roof for 3 months. After traditional maceration, Amarone matures both in large oak barrels and in barriques for 24 months, followed by 12 months of bottle aging.
