About the wine
With the wines from the Pruviniano collection, the Cantina Valpolicella Negrar achieves a song of praise for Marano, one of the three valleys within the Valpolicella Classico area. The revival of the ancient Proviniano Denomination of Origin shows the intention to reflect today's excellence in wine production in its historical and cultural heritage. Marano is an area of strong character, rather cool and with loose soils. His wines are distinguished by their elegant profile.

Tasting note
Ruby red color in the glass. Floral bouquet and notes of black currants, black pepper and nutmeg. Dry and lively on the palate, fresh and balanced.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lasagna and tortelloni or even with a cold platter.
Vinification
Manual grape harvesting from September to early October. Mash with destemming the grapes. Fermentation temperature 25-28 °C. Maceration for 10 days, programmed reassembly 3 times a day, 20 minutes each time. Ageing in steel and then in the bottle. Complete malolactic fermentation. Natural stabilization.
