About the wine
The Speri family has been winegrowing for seven generations. Times have changed, but the old values have remained. The pride of living in a part of an exceptional region such as Valpolicella has also remained. In this company, too, people don't sit back, but every wine year is a new challenge to achieve the best possible. The excellent family-owned locations in the municipalities of Negrar, Fumane and San Pietro Incariano are of great advantage and form the basis for a beautiful range of excellent wines.

Tasting note
Ruby red with purple reflections. Intense and crystalline aromas of violets, red cherries and raspberries. Medium-bodied on the palate with fresh acidity and delicate aromas.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pizza, pasta, barbecues, vegetables
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand from the end of September to mid-October and de-stemmed chilled. Fermentation with maceration for 8 days at a controlled temperature of 20 - 24°C in thermoconditioned stainless steel tanks with daily pumping. Filtration and bottling in February.
