Tasting note
Open bouquet of red cherries, dried fruits and sweet spices, soft flowing body on the palate with an extremely delicate fruit, ripe plums and cinnamon notes accompanied by an elegant tannin structure, the fruit acid is present but essential for the hearty dishes of the season.

Ideal with roasts, game dishes and cheese.
Vinification
The special feature of this wine lies in the traditional secondary fermentation. The young wine is combined a second time around the beginning of March with Amarone pomace, which gives it a stronger color, structure and a higher alcohol content.
