Tasting note
This Prosecco brut differs from Prosecco extra dry in that it has a drier structure and a more complex, winey taste. The bouquet shows fresh apple and pear notes as well as hints of violet and honey. Wonderful floral nuances on the palate, accompanied by subtle almond and yeast notes. Emphasized structure with smooth elegance — a beading masterpiece!
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with fish, but also with antipasto or an uncomplicated aperitif.
Vinification
After harvesting, the Prosecco grapes are pressed. Subsequent fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks with the development of carbonic acid under strict temperature control. The yeast deposit is removed by filtering before bottling.
