About the product
An exquisite grappa that is distilled from the pomace of the Prosecco grape. After distillation, this Monovitigno grappa matures for several years in small barrels and barriques, giving it exceptional complexity and a harmonious, velvety taste.
Tasting note
Amber, intense and velvety. On the nose, the distillate is very diverse, soft and elegant, unique! It smells fruity and floral, of vanilla, almonds, dried fruit and grapes, which is typical of important grape varieties and their maturation in small barrels of various woods. Elegant and spicy, the aromatic properties are clearly confirmed. Persistent on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
A perfect end to a meal, to enjoy with friends, with a cigar; unforgettable in combination with foie gras, dark chocolate or chocolate desserts.
Vinification
Discontinuously with elimination of pre- and post-flow, created in special exclusive steam stills for the distillation of grape brandies from Benito Nonino. Distillation is carried out very slowly so that the volatile substances, which are responsible for the formation of fragrances, can properly evaporate and then condense. In this way, the organoleptic properties of the grape varieties used are retained.
