Tasting note
Intense, sparkling yellow green in the glass. The aroma structure of this cuvée presents itself with a variety of facets. A touch of herbs and spices, such as anise, mint and sage, but also aromatic fruit nuances, with the scent of apricots, tangerines, honeydew melons and passion fruit in particular characterize this Terlan. The overall impression of mineral components is underlined. The Nova Domus is complex and delicate on the palate with a great length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with exotic dishes, fish, veal, sushi.
Vinification
Harvest and select grapes by hand. Gentle squeezing of whole grapes and clarifying the must through natural sedimentation of the turbid substances. Slow fermentation at controlled temperature in large oak barrels. Aging for 12 months on fine yeast in large wooden barrels and presentation as a riserva after a total of 2 years of maturation.
