From a careful selection of the best grapes and the passion that Teresa Raiz has always had for this grape variety, the result is a sparkling wine using the Charmat method that fascinates so many people. The good acidity and freshness of the grapes make it possible to obtain unique sparkling wines that highlight the characteristics of the original product without masking its aromas.

Tasting note
Light straw yellow, fragrant and fruity, becomes more floral with aging, has a good structure and a long and persistent fruitiness, its minerality is important.
Culinary recommendation
A very good aperitif and a great accompaniment to dishes without red meat. It goes great with fish!
Vinification
The grapes are carefully pressed at less than 1 atm and then go through the first fermentation at 16 °C. In the following spring, after a long aging period, the resulting wine is subjected to a second fermentation at 12 °C in pressure tanks. Bottle storage gives this wine a fine perlage and a long persistence on the palate.
