About the wine
Son Antem S’Era is an elegant red wine from Mallorca, made from 100% callet. The vines grow terraced around a small hill with a rocky background, which gives the wine a distinctive mineral note. The vintage is fresh and precise with moderate alcohol and a clear structure. The limited production of just 3,500 bottles underlines its artisanal character.

Tasting note
In the glass, the Son Antem S’Era is a clear, bright ruby red. The nose features red berries, sour cherries and fine Mediterranean herbs, accompanied by a subtle stony minerality. On the palate, the wine appears fresh and juicy with fine acidity, soft tannins and an elegant, rather slim body. The aftertaste is dry, mineral and pleasantly invigorating.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Mediterranean meat dishes, grilled vegetables, lamb with herbs and aged hard cheese.
Vinification
Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 26°C with a maceration period of 16 days, during which time all pressed wine was reintroduced. The wine then aged for seven months in a 3,000 liter barrel (fourth coating), which supports the mineral-stony character. The wine was aged on fine yeast without moving; the wine was bottled unembellished and unfiltered in July 2025.
