Tasting note
Very slim and fresh, but on the other hand, it remains present sustainably. The aroma with notes of white nougat, cape gooseberry, coconut brittle, licorice and especially bitter orange. Schabernack plays with a, on the one hand fresh, light, delicate and at the same time complex, intense, expressive; yes, what now? Jokes live up to his name.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with desserts where vanilla, yellow fruits set the tone, but also tarte tatin. But cream cheese games are also good.
Vinification
The grapes are highly ripe, partly dried, hand-selected and harvested with an impressive 135 Oechlsegrades. The grapes are then fermented in a new tonneau (500 l barrique oak barrel).
