Tasting note
Deep, almost black color with brilliant reflections. Aromatic bouquet with intense notes of blackcurrants and game meat. Appealing tannins on the palate and are highlighted by well-defined acidity and bitiness, which appear after a few years of storage.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. The cold maceration takes 7 days. 3-4 weeks fermentation time with the pomacehat twice a day. Then press the mash pneumatically. The aging takes place for 12 months in French oak barrels, which consist of 40% new oak wood.
