Tasting note
On the nose, Sancerre impresses with typical aromas of gooseberries and a slightly grassy note. On the palate, it is characterized by a distinctive acidity that is very well integrated and which also gives the wine its freshness. The aftertaste is highly mineral and long-lasting. A price hammer in this category.

Goes well with aperitif, fish and seafood, oysters, asparagus
Vinification
It is vinified according to the so-called macération froide. Meanwhile, the must is left on the mash at very low temperatures for about 3 days before it is gently pressed and the must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. As a result, additional flavor components are extracted from the grape skins. The results are very precise, sustainable wines that have a distinctive acid structure, as they have also not biodegraded.
