Tasting note
On the nose, intense scent of cherries, dark berries, some mineral notes and a very fine spiciness, soft and full on the palate, round body and slightly flowing, again beautiful fruit with a subtle chocolate aftertaste and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with dried meat and cheese, white meat dishes and poultry.
Vinification
Spontaneous mash fermentation in steel tanks at 30-32°C followed by biological acid degradation. Aging in French oak barrels and large wooden barrels.
