About the wine
Explosive bouquet with notes of red berries and cherries. On the palate, again that strong, beguiling berry aroma - wrapped in fine, soft tannin. Ends a long time on the wonderful, rather complex flavor.
Tasting note
The Rosso Piceno DOC Infernaccio's distinctive scent spectrum of black pepper, spices and tobacco shows aromatic complexity and a lot of finesse. The striking nuances of red plum, strawberry and fig create their individual texture. Strong body and outstanding acidity result in the red wine, which shows a lot of character and class with dominant tannins in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with racy pasta dishes, barbecues, but also with pizza or vegetable casserole
Vinification
The grapes picked by hand go straight to the cellar and are fermented at a controlled temperature (24-26°). The duration of marceration is optimised for the respective grape variety. Then, immediate biological acid degradation for optimal structural development. Ageing in steel tanks for 6 months before bottling.
