Tasting note
In the nose, some apple fruit and flint minerality. Clear and juicy on the palate with delicate freshness and complex herbal yeasty fruit notes. Plus a solid body with strength and backbone. Thanks to the trace of extract sweetness, it achieves great balance while maintaining its playful lightness. A wine full of energy and excitement!

Vinification
The Hipping location (2 hectares) is located in a very exposed area on the Red Hang. Exactly where the southeast slope meets the south slope. This large plant comes from a very special part of the Hipping region, the so-called Käferberg. It is located exactly opposite the Brudersberg and is therefore oriented to the north. This in turn means that it is significantly cooler there than in the rest of the hipping.
