About the wine
The stately estate in Flemlingen was owned by the Counts of the Leyen until the 16th century. The Minges family has been managing the property for eight generations now and, according to their own statement, is associated with the fascination of winemaking. Their goal is to skillfully bottle the minerality of the diverse soils and the character of the grape varieties.

Tasting note
Fruity, fresh and slightly creamy Riesling sparkling wine. Very pleasant and balanced palate with fine perlage and persistent aftertaste.

Vinification
The sparkling wines mature on the yeast and are shaken by hand bit and then disgorged. This is done in small batches to ensure the longest possible time to develop on the yeast and thus a particularly elegant creaminess, but also to always have fresh sparkling wine that exudes their youthful charm for as long as possible.
