About the wine
The wine is made from pure grapes from the vine of the same name. The liquid must be a reflection of the grape, the vintage and the terroir. To achieve this, no chemical or synthetic substances are used in the vineyard. After careful manual sorting, spontaneous fermentation takes place in acacia and oak barrels and maceration on the skins for over a month. The wine is aged for 12 months in large acacia barrels and the wine is bottled without clarification or filtration.

Tasting note
Eyes: intense amber yellow, nose: sweet spices, dried fruits, apricot jam, herbaceous notes and a slight hydrocarbon feel, palate: tasty, mineral, subtle, balanced and with moderate tannins

Goes well with mushrooms, pasta with fish sauce, fish appetizers.
