Tasting note
The Redoma Branco Reserva embodies the elegance, structure and acidity that characterize the Douro Valley. The aromas are delicate, floral notes emerge, plus citrus and garden fruits as well as nuances of herbs and nuts. All this gives the wine complexity and character. On the palate, the acidity and a light-footed structure are revealed. The finish is dry and spicy. This white Douro wine is engaging, extremely balanced and has a lot of aging potential.

Vinification
The grapes for Redoma Reserva were brought chilled to the cellar for processing, where they were carefully sorted and then pressed slowly and carefully. The must was left to settle for 24 hours without contact with mash, followed by slow alcoholic fermentation in barrique barrels. In these, the Redoma Reserva matured for 9 months and completed complete biological acid degradation.
