Tasting note
Delicate salmon pink color Fine nose with a hint of red fruit and brioche. Elegant and fresh on the palate. With an appealing weight and subtle tannin, which, in addition to the attractive color, comes from the Monastrell.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, smoked meats and aperitifs.
Vinification
The grapes are vinified individually in steel tanks, according to grape type and plot. After assemblage, bottle fermentation takes place in a horizontal position for 18 months. The date of “dégorgement” (removal of the fine yeast) is individually printed on each bottle.
