About the wine
A few years ago, coffee producer Maurizio Zanetti took over the winery and invested primarily in the vineyards. Under the leadership of Franco Bernabei and Lionello Lot, Case Bianche - Col Sandago has become one of the leading Prosecco houses.

Tasting note
Bright straw yellow with a fine, long-lasting perlage. Wide, fruity bouquet of apples (golden delicious) paired with floral notes. In the mouth, soft, harmonious and with a beautiful body. Nice balance between the slight residual sweetness and the fine acidity as well as a long, fruity finish.
Culinary recommendation
An ideal aperitif wine to accompany fruit biscuits, fruit desserts and panettone.
Vinification
First fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation on the yeast in pressure tanks (Charmat process).
