Tasting note
Colour: straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Nose: clear, elegant aromas with a good presence of fruity and floral notes. On the palate: the persistent tactile sensation of carbonic acid is pleasant, excellent length and persistence.
Culinary recommendation
It is ideal as an aperitif or with fish dishes. It goes particularly well with fish and vegetable-based risotto.
Vinification
