About the wine
Sunny landscapes in Languedoc-Roussillon give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Mas des Colibris, Sebastien Galtier, Gignac conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this grenache with red meat or burgers with blue cheese.

Tasting note
Rich garnet red. Complex nose, exciting, spicy scent of red berries, cherries, sea buckthorn. Smooth and mineral on the palate - Facile à Boire! It opens with a little air. It's best to serve something chilled in good company. - Primissima!
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with Mediterranean cuisine such as grilled vegetables, ratatouille or lamb chops with rosemary.
Vinification
The grapes come from biodynamic farming and are harvested by hand. Separated by grape variety, they are spontaneously fermented with natural yeasts: Grenache traditionally with prolonged maceration, carignan partly as whole grapes to preserve freshness and structure. The aging takes place without oenological additives, which gives the wine its original expressiveness.
