Tasting note
Clear and pale yellow with green nuances and beautiful brilliance. On the nose, fresh, ripe fruit, powerful, toasted bread, fresh almonds and a touch of butter. Dense and concentrated on the palate, powerful with wonderful complexity. Ripe and fresh, with a touch of exoticism. Long-lasting, rich and yet elegant in the aftertaste.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. The juice is pumped into stainless steel tanks for preliminary clarification and then transferred to barrels, where fermentation with wild yeasts begins. The wine is aged “on lees”, which gives it richness and terroir aromas. After malolactic fermentation, there is a possible fining with bentonite and a slight filtration. The wine rests in the tank before it is bottled. Corks are carefully selected to ensure consistent quality.
