Exuberant bouquet of wild fruits, ripe cherries and spicy roasted aromas, which is rounded off by a dense, balanced and powerful body.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with all kinds of stews — whether it's lamb gigot, beef shoulder, roast pork or ossobuco.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested strictly by hand and transported to the cellar in small boxes. After alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, the wine ages in barriques for 18 months before being bottled for another 12 months before being sold.
