Tasting note
Floral aromas with notes of ripe mirabelle honey and some clove. A healthy body, round yet delicate thanks to an exciting play of acids on the tongue. Fine subtle barrique seasoning that is very enriching. Long-lasting creamy and very present. A top-class white wine!

Goes well with well-maintained regional cuisine with white meat roasts.
Vinification
Manual reading and sorting. Careful straining The maceration of the mash to extract dyes and bouquets is determined individually depending on the degree of ripeness of the grapes. Slow fermentation with specially selected yeast. The aging on fine yeast increases the complexity of this powerful white wine. Partial aging of the young wine in barriques.
