About the wine
The Borga family has been cultivating the Marca Trevigiana vineyards since 1940. That is my origin. Today, it is the four cousins of the family who create and shape me and the other wines with love. This is where winemaking experience meets the joy of experimentation. Because the new generation makes modern wines that breathe new breath into Veneto.

Tasting note
On the nose, I have distinctive citrus notes, followed by hints of verbena and fresh lemongrass. On the palate, I am beautifully balanced with enveloping aromas and a spicy and floral finish with persistent citrus notes. I taste great with linguini with red prawns and pesto or sea bass ceviche. If you like it more vegan, then I go wonderfully with pasta with tofu and crispy seaweed with fresh chilli and coriander.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, fish, pasta, linguini, seafood.
Vinification
After harvesting, my freshly harvested grapes go to the cellar brought. This is followed by desiccation and gentle pressing. I am then mixed with selected yeasts and ferment at a Control the temperature between 16° and 18° for about 10 days. I owe my light creaminess on the palate to 6 months on the yeast.
