Palomino 2022 - Vino pH

Brilliant straw yellow — surprising nose with notes that are almost incomprehensible at first, then a bit of ripe stone fruit, with dried apples, straw and dried flowers. On the palate, the wine immediately impresses with great structure and texture, although everything seems a bit subdued for now. From minute to minute, this pure Palomino, which was partly fermented like an “orange wine”, i.e. on the skins, is now becoming aromatic. The combination of charming fruit, oily drinking flow and a touch of minerality is even more convincing with every sip. We therefore recommend decant the wine or at least give it some air in some other way.
