About the wine
The “Neromora” is made from Aglianico grapes from Irpinia in the Taurasi DOCG growing region. The harvest takes place in the first ten days of November. The vinification takes place with a mash fermentation of about 12 days, the fermentation is partly carried out with local yeast strains, the malolactic fermentation takes place entirely in French oak. Ageing for 8 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting note
Bright red with purple reflections. The nose shows notes of spicy red fruits and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is soft, with well-smoothed tannins and good structure.
Culinary recommendation
Unsere Empfehlung: Der Rotwein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 16°-18°C. Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Neromora Irpinia Aglianico DOC harmoniert bestens mit Bratkartoffeln, Rindstartar und Lauchgemüse.
