About the wine

The history of the illustrious family and the current 47-hectare winery go back many centuries; a family that is just as committed to the past and traditions as it is to the future, the innovative spirit can be traced back a long time, to the founding of one of the first golf courses in Italy. And what could go better with it than the outstanding sparkling wines that are produced here. Barone Pizzini has been a model company in terms of quality and organic viticulture for several years, from vineyards to architecture, and its extraordinary efforts have already won several awards: World Best Organic Wine 2012 is just one of them. And enjoying the wines is always the same as enjoying the award. Every bottle is a small celebration!

Tasting note
This wine is a joy, this wonderful energy, joy and relaxation, starts with great freshness, citrus fruit, apple, then increasingly warm the joy, yeast, orange tones and finally the great, beautiful serenity, fulfillment, soft and warm spice that is mixed with the cheers, what a lovely moment is that, a whiff of creamy strawberries. On the palate again with that frenetic freshness, almost white and solemnly radiant, exuberantly foaming and with that beautiful, happy, warm touch, the ripe fruit notes. Very wonderful, just enjoy yourself!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with oysters, sushi, fine fish starters, risotto with seafood or citrus notes, poultry in light sauces, fresh goat cheese or vegetarian antipasto. Also excellent as an elegant aperitif.
Vinification
Selective harvesting, gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation and aging for 6 months in steel tanks and small oak barrels, storage on fine yeast for 30 to 40 months, without dosage, less than 2g residual sugar/l.
