About the wine
“The Bruno Jeggli selection is a line within the Jeggli wine range. It stands for exclusively produced wines, which were pressed in collaboration with selected wine producers and Bruno Jeggli. Trusting, long-standing and personal collaborations have resulted in great gourmet cuvées that unmistakably reflect the respective terroir! The name “Mosaico” reflects the idea that something whole, big can be created from many puzzle pieces, or that a successful wine requires many small individual parts to make something great out of it, such as this special cuvée by José-Maria Vicente and Bruno Jeggli.”

Vinification
- Harvest of Syrah grapes from Valtosca vineyard in the first week of September - Monastrell and Garnacha grapes harvested at the end of September - alcoholic fermentation for 10 - 15 days in an open cement tank for Garnacha - Whole grape fermentation for Syrah and Monastrell in a wooden fermentation stand - Ageing and storage for 15 months in used oak tonneaux/fudres
