Monginaut - Le Blanc Vin de France 2024 - Domaine de Monginaut

Pale yellow with green reflections. On the nose, white pome fruit, dried apple rings, flower blossoms. A crisp, mineral and slightly peppery white wine, suitable as an aperitif and with cheese. An untypical Chardonnay from an atypical wine region, the Ariège, where a handful of ambitious winemakers work. The first harvest from Microdomaine de Monginaut is shown in full honesty.
