Tasting note
The complexity of the aromas is extremely impressive: hyacinth and lilac, blackberry and cassis, nutmeg and coconut, to name just a few. After a soft start, it spreads out on the palate with opulence. The alcohol, delicate tannins and juicy acidity are optimally integrated into the powerful body. Compact, elegant, with lots of lavish fruit and a very long finish, it will provide unforgettable drinking experiences for many years to come.

Vinification
The grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness and stored in small boxes in a cool, well-ventilated area. In doing so, they lost around 10% of their water content. Fermentation took place at the end of October in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The organic acid mining took place in new French barriques, in which the platinum was aged for 20 months. The frequent filling of the barriques allowed bottling without refining, cold stabilization and filtration. This method may cause a slight deposit in the bottle.
