About the wine
The Finca Ambrosia winery is located in Gualtallary near Mendoza. With the support of well-known terroir expert Pedro Parra, the management of the soil and the vines was refined to obtain the best quality from the grapes. The first vintage of the young winery was already rated 95 points by Robert Parker, which gave an idea of the potential of the following vintages.

Tasting note
Complex nose with aromas of fresh and dried berries, ripe cherries and spices as well as a fine woody note. On the palate, Malbec is complex and concentrated with lots of juiciness and harmonious tannins. The fruity aroma intensity is complemented by fine spicy notes of chocolate, vanilla and tobacco and makes the wine linger for a long time.

Zu Burger, Wildreis und gut gewürztem, rotem Fleisch empfehlen Ihnen die Flaschenpöstler diesen Malbec Precioso. Unsere Empfehlung: Der Rotwein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 15°-18°C. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: 2016 - 2020.
Vinification
After selective manual harvesting, destemming is carried out and a cool maceration period is used. The subsequent fermentation takes place with wild yeasts, and the pomace hat is regularly fed in. The wine is then aged for 18 months in new and used barriques from France. After bottling for 9 months before it goes on sale.
