About the wine
To get a feel for the hilly and mountainous landscape beauty of the Bündner Herrschaft, there is no way around this white wine, which the Swiss winery Weinbau von Salis masters with a keen sense of texture. With the fine Malanser Chardonnay AOC, which was produced in 2015, you will certainly have a lot of fun.

Tasting note
The complex aroma of fresh lemons and apricots is gently underlined by its beguiling vanilla note. Wonderfully harmonious and balanced on the palate, the wine is powerful and elegant, creamy and fresh at the same time.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters, fish (salmon) and light meat dishes.
Vinification
After a few hours of maceration, pressing is carried out. Initiation of fermentation with pure yeast at temperatures between 15 - 17°C. Ageing in stainless steel tanks. 20% in used barriques.
