About the wine
Shared Notes Wines is a joint project between the Pisoni and Raves couple, which is also an homage to Sauvignon Blanc and white wines from Bordeaux and the Loire Valley. Thanks to their combined experience, personalities and visions, they create cheeky and innovative wines that stand out from other American Sauvignons.

Tasting note
This Sauvignon Blanc smells intensely of lime zest, pear, nectarine and peach, plus mineral notes that recall chalky rock and sea air. On the palate, the Loire style reminiscent of Dagueneau begins with a fresh, crisp acidity and an elegant, medium-weight body. The 100% virgin wood is perfectly integrated and the wine stays cool with a long salty-mineral finish.

Vinification
After manual harvesting, the selected grapes are gently pressed without destemming and then fermented with slight skin contact. The wine is then aged for 10 months in 100% new 500 liter oak barrels on the lees with minimal contact.
