About the wine
A delicate salmon-colored rosé with a fresh, inviting bouquet of grapefruit, cherry and strawberry. On the palate, it is juicy, fresh and harmoniously round, with beautiful length and fine floral notes that are reminiscent of a rose garden. Serve well chilled at 8-10 °C — an ideal accompaniment to red mullet fillets with virgin olive oil, Mediterranean stuffed vegetables, plancha fish or salmon gravadlax.

Tasting note
Color: pale salmon pink Nose: Aromas of fresh fruit, grapefruit, cherry and strawberry. Palate: lively and lush, fresh and velvety, with good length and floral notes, like those found in a rose garden.
Culinary recommendation
As an aperitif, but particularly good with redfish fillets in olive oil, stuffed vegetables, grilled seafood and smoked salmon.
Vinification
Each grape variety is vinified separately. Destrembling, direct pressing (pneumatic). Fermentation for 3 weeks at a maximum of 16°C with selected yeasts. During vinification, the wines are peeled regularly to preserve maximum fruit and concentration. Ageing on yeast with regular control for 40 days in cement tanks.
