Jacaranda Night Shift is a smooth, easy-going red blending Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s a great choice for unwinding with friends or adding a little something special to your evening without fuss.

Tasting note
Beautiful, rich Bordeaux style assemblage. Intense berry aromas and juicy tannins, hints of chocolate and mint. Carefully oiled, fresh and fruity, yet with complex depth and a lingering finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes very well with hearty meat or poultry dishes.
Vinification
Sustainable and responsible winemaking practices, working with organic fertilizer and spray material. The grapes are harvested by hand early in the morning when temperatures are still low. Temperature-controlled, open fermentation in small batches. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts from the grapes, maturing in 300L and 500L French oak (85%) and American oak (15%) barrels, 1st, 2nd and 3rd filling, for 15 months. Our wines are produced in the most natural way possible to keep the characteristics of our fruit and soil alive in the bottle. Only filtered once before bottling. The artwork for our Harvest Range was inspired by photos taken during the 2020 harvest.
