About the wine
On warm summer nights before harvesting, the wild boar (jabalí) secretly invades the vineyards that border the forests of the Iberian Mountains. Here, among the old vines that grow on slate soils, it can select the best grapes.

Vinification
After draining and pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature in contact with the skins for 10 days. Pumping is done with great care to extract the best tannins and color. The malolactic fermentation takes place in American and French oak barrels. After three months in wood, the wine is stabilized and filtered before bottling.
