About the wine
At the beginning of the 1990s, Pere Ventura founded his own cava cellar on the outskirts of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. With great commitment, respect for nature and tradition, and a sustainable way of working, he developed into one of Spain's most renowned cava producers. His cavas are produced after classic bottle fermentation and mature in the cellar for 12 to 36 months. The result is high-quality sparkling wines full of character — with a convincing price/pleasure ratio.
