About the product
An exquisite grappa that is distilled from the pomace of the Prosecco grape. After distillation, this Monovitigno grappa matures for several years in small barrels and barriques, giving it exceptional complexity and a harmonious, velvety taste.
Tasting note
Golden yellow color. Aromatic and playful on the nose and on the palate. Dried flowers and meadow herbs, some honeydew melon and caramel. Finally, there is a sophisticated taste of orange and black tea. Very interesting!

Vinification
Fermentation in closed air, in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperatures. Distillation is carried out immediately to prevent the development of harmful secondary fermentation. 100% artisanal discontinuous distillation in exclusive steam combustion flasks created by Benito Nonino through innovative and continuous research. By separating pre- and post-processing, it makes it possible to obtain only the purest part of the grappa: the heart. The Nonino distilleries distill the pomace immediately after fermentation, even during the grape harvest, so that the valuable organoleptic properties of the original grape variety are retained and thus a grappa of absolute top quality is obtained. No added colorants.
